SDO won several awards at the 88th Far Western Regional Conference held in Santa Clara, CA in, March 2017. SDO was first place in the following:

Graduate Chapter Achievement Award (Medium Sized Chapter of the Year), Launching New Dimensions of Service Awards: Health Promotions, Global Impact and One Million Backpacks and Chapter Scrapbook (Medium Sized Chapter). SDO also won the STAR Award.
